Getting Started

Make your free account, find your old member number if you have one, and learn your way around My Account.

Create Your Free Account

Your account is free and comes with your Bass Wars member number. You need one to register for events.

  1. On the Home page, tap Create Your Free Account. You can also tap Sign in, then Create an account.
  2. Fill in your First name and Last name.
  3. Add a Nickname if people know you by one. It shows on Top 10s and judges can search for it.
  4. Pick your Country, then enter your Email and a Password of at least 8 characters.
  5. Tap Create account.
  6. Open the email from Bass Wars and tap the link to confirm your account.
  • Competed with Bass Wars before? Don't make a new profile with your scores. Claim your old profile instead, so your scores and member number stay together.
  • If it says there's already an account with that email, sign in or use Forgot password.

Claim Your Old Profile

If you competed before this website, your scores are already on a profile under your old member number. Claiming it puts that profile on your login.

  1. Find your profile and tap Claim this profile. You can also open it from the Members Only box on your profile.
  2. If we have an email for you, the Get a link by email box shows part of it. Tap Send my link.
  3. Open the email and tap Set my password. Pick a new password and tap Save password. You're in.
  4. Don't have that email anymore? Tap Make an account (or I already have one and sign in), then come back to the same Claim page.
  5. Add anything that helps us check, like a phone number, the name you competed under or your judge.
  6. Tap Ask for member and your number. An Admin checks it, then moves the profile onto your login.
  • At a show? Ask the judge to add your email to your profile, then come back for the email link.
  • If the page says the member number is already linked to an account and that's you, sign in or reset your password.

  1. Tap Sign in at the top of the page. On a phone, tap the Menu tab, then Sign in.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Tap Sign in.
  • Never set a password on this site? Most members who came over from the old records haven't. Use Forgot your password? with your email or member number to set one.
  • If it asks you to confirm your email first, look for the link we sent when you signed up.

Set or Reset Your Password

This works for a forgotten password, and for members with an old member number who never had a password here.

  1. Tap Sign in, then Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email or your member number.
  3. Tap Send reset link.
  4. Open the email from Bass Wars and tap the link.
  5. Type your New password (at least 8 characters) and tap Save password.
  6. Tap Go to my account.
  • Using your member number sends the link to the email we have on file, and the page shows part of that email so you know where to look.
  • If we don't have an email for your number, ask a judge or an Admin to add one in Signup details on your profile, then try again.
  • If a link says it has expired or was already used, ask for a new one.

Find Your Way Around the Menu

The menu is split into Compete, Rankings, Event Types and Community.

  1. On a computer, hover or tap a group name at the top to open it, then tap a page.
  2. On a phone, tap the Menu tab on the right edge of the screen. It stays there wherever you scroll.
  3. Tap the page you want. The page you're on is marked.
  4. At the bottom of the phone menu, tap Become a Member, Wanna Judge? or My account (Sign in if you're signed out).
  5. Tap the X or anywhere outside the menu to close it.
  • The top bar tucks away when you scroll down and comes back when you scroll up.

Some amps make far more power than their rating. The judge clamps them at the show and your class can be placed on the clamped power.
